    CASES IN WHICH TO RETURN A PRODUCT

    If you are not satisfied with your SoftySound Band™, you can return it for free and without questions.

    There are several reasons why a customer may exercise their right to return a product. 


    DEFECTIVE PRODUCT:

    In which case SoftySound's warranty policy would apply. Please review the terms and conditions of the warranties at the following link.


    WRONG PRODUCT:

    The second reason is that the specifications of the chosen product do not match its description due to a typographical error, an error in the photo, or a very clear difference in color.


    According to Spanish law, the customer has a trial period of 14 days in which the user can return a product that does not meet their expectations.


    HOW TO MAKE A RETURN?

    HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO MAKE A RETURN?

    You have 14 days to return the product if you have received it and do not want it or if it does not meet your expectations.


    If the product is defective or has malfunctions within the first 2 years from when you received it, you can activate the warranty. In this case, it will be repaired or replaced with a new one.


    SHIPPING COSTS IN RETURNS

    If it is a return because you do not like it, you don't want it anymore, or you ordered the wrong color or size, the shipping cost is on us.


    If it is a defective product or we sent you the wrong product, we cover the shipping cost.


    MONEY REFUND

    In the case of payments by card or PayPal, the money is refunded directly to the same payment method. 


    If you made a payment by bank transfer or cash on delivery, the money is refunded directly by bank transfer. 


    In any case, you will see the money credited within 4 to 6 business days once we have received the product in our warehouse.


    HOW TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE

    If the order has not been processed yet, meaning you do not have a tracking number available, you can make the exchange.


    If the order has already been processed, meaning you have the shipment tracking number. You can place a new order, and when you receive the previous one, return the product you do not want. 


    HOW TO CANCEL MY ORDER

    You can cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped. Once shipped, if you need to cancel your order, you will have to wait for it to arrive and then return it.
