    All orders are processed within the first 24 to 72 business hours. You should receive your tracking number once your order is processed and shipped. 

    The shipping time and the company that will deliver the package depend on the option you choose at the time of payment.

    We will always try to ship from the warehouse closest to your address.

    SHIPPING CONDITIONS

    At SoftySound, we offer various shipping options, although shipments are always made through courier companies. To know exactly how much your shipment will cost, keep in mind that this will depend on several factors: the destination, the selected delivery time, and the purchase amount.

    For purchases destined for mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, shipping costs are covered by us.

    Please note that to meet delivery times, you must place the order before the cutoff time. After the cutoff time, the order will be processed the next day, as we cannot deliver it to the transport company. Keep in mind that the cutoff time depends on the selected shipping method. If you choose standard shipping, the cutoff time is 5:00 PM.

    Orders paid by bank transfer will not be effective until we receive the transfer amount in our bank account. Through the rest of the payment methods, the order will begin to be prepared immediately. If the order is urgent, we recommend not using bank transfer as a payment method.

    Whenever you place an order at SoftySound, we will inform you by email when we have processed the shipment. In addition, we monitor the delivery and will contact you if there is any problem. That's why we ask you to provide us with a phone number during the ordering process.

     

    DELIVERY SCHEDULE AND DAY

    Keep in mind that transport companies only work from Monday to Friday. They do not deliver on Saturdays or, of course, Sundays or holidays. Also, when we give approximate delivery dates, we do not take into account whether it is a local or regional holiday at the destination; we only consider national and local holidays of origin.

    We cannot guarantee a delivery time. Transport companies may deliver during the agreed day before 8:00 PM. In case they cannot locate you, the transport company will attempt a second delivery. If the second delivery is not possible, the package will return to our facilities. We advise you to contact the transport company to resolve it.

     

    UNDELIVERED ORDERS

    If an order is shipped and cannot be delivered due to reasons attributable to the customer, the amount paid for shipping costs will not be refunded, and you will have to pay for the re-shipping of the merchandise.

     

    RESPONSIBILITY IN DEADLINES AND CARRIER

    Delivery times are indicative and cannot be taken as a secure guarantee although, generally, we fulfill 90% of orders. In exceptional cases, we reserve the right to modify the transport company with which we will send the package.

    The responsibility of SoftySound is limited in cases of force majeure (strikes, adverse weather phenomena that prevent normal traffic by land, sea, or air, mobility restrictions, etc.). In these cases, orders will be delivered as soon as possible, and the above-mentioned deadlines will not apply.
