The warranty period is 2 years from the date of purchase. To exercise your product's warranty, you must have the purchase receipt or the order number of your product.
The warranty covers any failure that may arise during the use of the product due to manufacturing defects.
In this case, we will repair the unit or send you a new one.Â
The warranty does not cover defects caused by incorrect use of the product and/or handling other than necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, or operation. In these cases, the consumer must bear the cost of repair. Therefore, the following are excluded from the warranty:
- Defects and deterioration caused by external events, accidents, mainly electrical accidents, wear and tear, and use not in accordance with SoftySound's instructions.
- Products modified or repaired by the customer or any person not authorized by SoftySound, as well as products that are the subject of a specific support contract.
